Craig Stark's insight:
"You had the power all along my dear" was the lesson we learned at a young age from the The Wizard of Oz.
Our Ruby slippers come in various forms, but we must always believe we can. How we sustain our belief and work capacity requires personal tests that come at various times and with degrees of intensity.
"Perspective is worth 100 IQ points" for what it's worth and you already have that. You must earn that- it's called experience and it's hard to measure empirically, but in new applications it's your fuel.
Your fuel is your amplitude and bandwidth combined. As pilots say, "your attitude depicts your altitude".
When I earned by Black Belt we had a ceremony where the right of passage was tempered with a caveat- "you are only a black belt if you train and act as one".
Let's get busy.
